Alternatively, experience from ED or PACU/DI with at least 1 year in PICU or NICU within the immediately preceding ten years is acceptable, provided that most non-PICU/NICU work time was in the ED or PACU/DI. License: CA RN license Certifications: - AHA BLS Must-Have: - COVID-19 Vaccine status: Unknown- Flu Vaccine status: Unknown Job Description: - Provide high-quality care to critically ill pediatric patients in a PICU setting.- Adapt to different work environments and patient needs as a part of the float pool, covering both PICU and NICU.- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal health outcomes.- Demonstrate critical thinking and excellent decision-making skills in high-stress situations.- Commitment to uphold standards of nursing care and adhere to all hospital protocols and guidelines.- Participate in a 24-hour orientation program to familiarize yourself with unit-specific protocols and procedures.
