We are sekking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. If you are passionate about helping patients recover from injuries and improve their quality of life, we want to hear from you.As a physical therapist, you will be an essential member of our integrated healthcare team, responsible for providing patient-centered physical therapy services and movement programs to enhance the quality and affordability of care. Your primary focus will be on optimizing movement and function to improve clinical outcomes, recover from injury, manage pain, and increase patient and provider satisfaction.Essential responsibilities consist of but are not all inclusive:Conducting thorough evaluations of patients using clinical observation and standardized testing to identify physical therapy needsDeveloping individualized, evidence-based care plans to improve overall function and participation in daily lifeProviding patient-centered education to improve movement and physical activity for prevention and treatmentUtilizing technology to provide additional support and resources to patients and their caregiversProviding virtual physical therapy and house calls for high-risk patientsEnsuring proper use of equipment and instruction of patients and caregivers on safe handling to promote optimal function and recoverySupervising and offering direction to PTAs and PT internsCollaborating with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and/or caregivers to identify and develop patient-specific therapy goalsEnsuring patients have a positive experience by providing an elevated level of service promptly, professionally, and empatheticallyAssisting in the development and presentation of educational materials for patients and providersParticipating in quality improvement programs and initiatives driven by clinical needsUnderstanding Suvida’s clinical programs, identifying practice opportunities, and integrating programs and resources into practice workflows to optimize the patient experience, improve quality of care, and positively impact resource utilization.Other duties assigned.EOE:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
