Our Tiered Incentive Program is designed to provide nurses with compensation incentives for their commitment to working a varying schedule.The Tiered Incentive Programs offer enhanced compensation for the commitment to work 72 hours per pay period, with a minimum of 48 hours on night shift, flexing remaining hours to meet unit needs and scheduled a maximum of every other weekend.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within 5 years of hire.Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.Licensure: Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.PHYSICAL DEMANDSJob requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently traveling, bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs.
