We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and oversee a team of twelve recruiters within our dynamic health system. This role focuses on managing high-volume recruitment efforts to meet the staffing demands across various departments and hospitals of our growing health system. This individual will play a key role in driving talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support the high standards of care the organization provides. As the Manager, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR, and senior leadership at each hospital to ensure that the talent acquisition practice meets the organization's needs. We are looking an experienced TA Manager with strong problem-solving abilities to manage and inspire their team. This manager will also have skills in sourcing, negotiating salaries, interviewing and have a strong knowledge of clinical functions. This opportunity allows for a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days in the office.Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resources required.2. Master's degree preferred.3. At least 1 year of healthcare experience required4. 1-3 years of recruitment preferred.5. Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills.6. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs required.7. Excellent interpersonal, communications skills, confidentiality and time management skills required.8. Ability to excel in a fast paced and team environment.9. Driven and goal oriented, results-focused and high achiever.10. Experience with ATS systems required.11. Understanding and familiarity with recruitment budgets12.
