RN, MA, and PA

RequirementsBoard Certification:
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Urology preferred
State License:
Arizona state license required or LOQ in hand
Training:
Residency or both Residency and Fellowship preferred
Certification and LicensingCertification Requirements:
