Job Summary
Project Manager Tactical Network (PM TN) is a U.S. Army Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications-Tactical (PEO C3T) organization that has a mission to design, modernize, field and support the U.S. Army's continually evolving tactical network transport and networking capabilities.BMA is seeking a Property Management Specialist, Senior Lead to support PM TN's mission to develop, deliver and support one tactical network that is resilient, modular, and flexible in design; supportable, trusted by our users and presents a common user experience.The Property Management Specialist, Senior Lead performs a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan. Moreover, the work involves verifying materials against receiving documents; documentating and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages; routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods; rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials; examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage; removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment; keeping accurate documentation related to inventory management, shipping and receiving and required hand receipt records. Furthermore, the work requires collaboration with commercial carriers to support material movement requirements and operation of hand, power trucks and forklifts in the performance of warehouse duties.
Clearance Requirements
There is a DoD secret clearance requirement for this position.
Required Skills & Certifications
• Bachelor's (advanced degree desired) from an accredited academic institution or military school (degree can be substituted with 6 years of additional job-related experience).• 8+ years' experience in property management on projects of similar scope and complexity.• Demonstrated experience managing property specialists.• Demonstrated experience with warehousing operations.• Demonstrated experience working with commercial carriers.• Operational experience with power trucks and forklifts in performance of warehouse duties.
Desired Skills & Certifications
• Current LF - License to Operate A Forklift Truck (Class I - V)• Master's from an accredited academic institution.Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions NoneBenefits
