- 20 shifts per month• Patient Demographics: Adults 70%, Pediatrics 25%• % of Practice: 80% General, 10% Neuro, 5% Complex Vascular, 5% Complex Orthopedic• Anesthesiologist in Group: 35• Support Staff: 54 CRNAs, 10 PAs, 10 NPs, 40 RNs, 40 Techs• Required to supervise CRNAs: Yes; 3-4• Procedures:
- Spinal Anesthesia
- Neuro (Head, Spine)
- Vent Management, C-Line, A-Line• No of ORs: 28• No of Beds: 600+• Trauma Level: II• Office Equipment: Draeger Anesthesia Machines, Pyxis Drug Systems• EMR: Epic• Other Info:
- Locum will do Pre-and-post OP notes
- Surgical program is high volume/high acuity and fast-paced• Hospital Privileges required: Yes• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:• Active WA License• BC• ACLS, PALS
