Civil Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities:Represent healthcare providers and organizations in civil litigation cases.Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Provide legal advice and risk assessment to clients in the healthcare industry.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials.Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California State Bar.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a civil litigation attorney, with a focus on healthcare defense.Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and healthcare regulations.Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively under pressure.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Why Join Us:
