Finance Manager, FP&A Role . The role will oversee a division of the company and work cross-functionally with Finance Executives within the company.
This is a high visibility role.Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Finance Manager, FP&A Role:Develop and coach the team to perform at a high levelSupporting the production of detailed, bottom-up budgets and forecastsCreate dashboards and reports to communicate KPI's and actionable insightsPerform ad hoc data requests to support critical strategic initiativesProvide monthly reporting to management for tracking business results and identifying potential risks and opportunitiesSkills and Experience Desired for the Finance Manager, FP&A Role:7 plus years of relevant progressive experience in Finance and or FP&A, ideally in a complex data environmentA strong track record of reporting and financial analysisPrior private equity or investment banking experience a plusExperience in building scalable financial planning, analysis and reporting modelsStrong working knowledge of databases and reporting/analysis packages such as Power BI and Basic SQLExperience in Manufacturing or DistributionExperience reporting for PE owned companyOperated well in a lean hands on environmentBase Salary: $120 K - $150 K, plus bonus CPA, Public Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Big 4 Public Accounting, KPMG, RSM, PwC, Deloitte, Crowe, Grant, Plante Moran, Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, SaaS, Software as a Service, Subscription Revenue
