Our long-term outlook, institutional weight and global breadth provide our clients with a stable and reliable financial partner, whether in Corporate or Personal Banking or our Trade Services, Commodities, Financial Institutions and Global Markets lines of business.Overview:The financial management AVP is responsible for the preparation of financial management reporting, profitability analysis, budgeting and forecasting, operating expense management, and management analysis for all business lines and branches of Bank of China.Responsibilities:Include but are not limited to:Financial Management ReportingReview query based daily P/L and Balance Sheet reconcile with RP systemReview Daily Top 10 Assets & Liabilities with Current Interest Rate Report in RP systemPrepare financial projections, and operating forecast (Profit & Loss) per head office requestPrepare Ad-Hoc reports and analysis as requiredCustomer Profitability and Relationship/Product Profit Sharing ReportPrepare customer profitability report for business linesPrepare account officers profitability and revenue analysis for business linesPrepare and analysis product profitability and customer revenue report. Align respective products and income to related account officersCreate profit sharing analysis and report by product and its relationship with various business linesRP-System Maintain & EnhancementConduct financial management and analyze the growth and improvement of business using key metrics and visuals in the RP system.Assess data inconsistencies with remediation to ensure accuracy and completeness of management reporting.Consolidate metrics from the RP system to create a unique reporting package. Analyze key metrics to measure performance by product, customer and business units.Fixed Assets ManagementMaintain and update BOC US Branches Fixed Assets Management PolicyAssist, support and coordinate with other departments to apply for fixed assets budget approval from Head OfficeAssist, support and work closely with other departments in tracking and forecasting fixed assets execution in comparison to their budgetAd hoc responsibilityAssist on preparation of periodic financial reports to the management and Head OfficeProvide financial analysis specific to the needs of the assigned business unit(s)Respond and prepare responses to requests from HO or other departments in a timely mannerQualifications:

Bachelor's degree is required4 years of experience in Banking and financial related areaProficient with office software (MS Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SQL, VBAKnowledge of Financial Modeling, US GAAP, Budgeting, Analytical Framework, Compliance, and Local Banking Laws and RegulationsEfficient critical thinking and problem solving skillsCommunication and writing skills in both English and Chinese

Pay RangeActual salary is commensurate with candidates relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
