Assist the Project Manager and jobsite leadership in managerial and leadership functions on the projectRun project control systems for the benefit of the project teamCPM schedule creation and updating/communicatingLast Planner/White Board crew schedulingRFI's, submittals, meeting minutes, and other site communicationAct as a project analyst; assess project controls information and assist jobsite leadership in problem solving and alternate methods to achieve project successProvide estimating take-offs and other support for analysis and change ordersAttend client meetings onsite and collaborate with trade contractorsPrepare information for, and participate in, monthly project reviewsAssist in procurement and expediting of materials and subcontractsPromote the Interstates safety culture daily
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesTwo years' experience in the construction industryAble to track and organize projects and prioritize workOpen to continuously adjusting project systems to plan and deliver projects successfullyStrong team building, interpersonal/verbal/written communication skillsComfortable speaking in front of clients, peers, and managersEducation:
Bachelor's or associate's degree in electrical engineering/technology or construction managementTravel:
