As a Senior Fiduciary Advisor, you will manage and administer assigned Personal Trust accounts and other Trust Department accounts. This role focuses on retaining and growing relationships with high-net-worth clients, driving asset growth, and identifying new revenue opportunities. You\'ll provide expert wealth planning solutions while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This person will also be responsible for: Client Consultation: Use strong listening and consulting skills to advise clients on financial planning areas, including estate planning, retirement, investments, and charitable planning. Account Administration: Manage client accounts by processing requests, scheduling appointments, reviewing legal documents, and coordinating investment cash flow with the investment officer. Compliance & Risk Management: Stay up to date on legal, regulatory, and tax changes, ensuring all activities comply with internal policies and external regulations. Cross-Selling Opportunities: Profile existing clients for additional financial services, collaborating with internal partners to meet client needs. New Business Development: Independently or collaboratively create proposals to generate new business, while expanding internal and external referral sources. Leadership & Development: Potentially oversee Administrative Assistants or Officers to ensure top-notch customer service and compliance with procedures. Community Involvement: Actively participate in community events to enhance the bank\'s image and establish a professional network.
