Our client, a multi-office family law firm, is seeking a Family Attorney to manage their own cases and provide support to other attorneys on complex cases. The ideal candidate will have family law experience and be licensed in California.
Responsibilities for this position include litigating family law
matters from start to finish, conducting research on various issues, and attending depositions, mediation, and hearings. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required, as well as the ability to review, analyze, and
draft legal documents with strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
In addition, the Family Attorney must be able to
communicate effectively with clients of various levels of sophistication
regarding technical matters and interact with a variety of contacts, including outside attorneys, senior management, clients, and support staff with a high level of personal integrity and professional ethics. Tracking and managing billable hours and ensuring all aspects of client and case management are properly met are also important responsibilities.
The position is full-time and offers a very competitive pay
