at M Health Fairview St. John’s Hospital

Practice Details:
Join a team of 8
anesthesiologists and employed CRNA’s.
Wide variety
of cases to include: Cardiac, general surgical open and laparoscopic, robotics, spine and orthopedic, endoscopy cases, cardiac cath lab cases including TAVRs and ablations, C-sections, gyn and urology.
Annual
case volume of 7,000+ in addition to cath lab procedures
Hospital
has 184 beds, 20 (my notes bed ICU, Short Stay Unit, Level 3A NICU, Busy OB practice with 2 OB OR Suites, high volume ED, Interventional Radiology, MRI, and CT

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Anesthesiology residency training program.
BC/BE with the ABMS
Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience is preferred.
