The Associate Director of enterprise-wide integrated and comprehensive benefactor recognition strategy and programming that supports fundraising and campaign initiatives.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:At the direction of the Director and AVP, manage key elements of a comprehensive and engaging benefactor engagement program to provide meaningful and consistent communication and interaction with Donors while promoting a positive attitude towards giving at Jefferson.Manage new donor signage projects from conception to installation.Provide essential support to ongoing donor recognition efforts for the Honickman Center.Manage high level gift management procurement and distribution.Manage design and production processes for Professorship related gift items.Manage giving society engagement including presidentrsquo;s club, legacy societies and other Jefferson Giving Societies.Serve as a primary contact with students for Scholarship Events including annual scholarship dinner and donor events.In collaboration with the Special Events team, assist with the planning and execution of all benefactor recognition events including the scholarship and professorship dinners, and giving society events.In collaboration with the communications team, assist with all benefactor recognition marketing and collateral, including the OIA website.Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with Jeffersonrsquo;s core values.Bachelorrsquo;s degree or equivalent level of professional experience required_________________________________________________________________________CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION:

_________________________________________________________________________EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3-5 years direct or related experience, preferably in the development field in the areas of donor relations, special events, volunteer management, or fundraising. Experience in higher education, healthcare, or a comparably complex organization is highly desirable.Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jeffersonrsquo;s clinical entities or at the University.
