ChristianaCare is seeking a full-time BE/BC Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our dynamic Behavioral Health team. This psychiatrist will support our Outpatient Psychiatry practice located in Christiana Hospital (Newark Campus), along with support within our 20+ School-Based Wellness Centers located primarily in New Castle County, DE and within close proximity to each other.

Why ChristianaCare: 100% outpatient position with flexible hours. Close collaboration with group of child psychologist, child therapists, case managers to provide multi-disciplinary care to children. Opportunity to participate in psychiatry residency program, Supervision and mentoring of residents , participate in broad array of scholarly activities, lectures/ teaching to residents , participation in journal clubs and interdisciplinary teaching to team members. Excellent work life balance with small amount of on-call coverage that includes generous weekend call pay in addition to base salary and annual incentive bonus. Combination of in office and virtual hours. Qualifications:

BE/BC in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Eligible for license in Delaware Benefits of living in the Delaware Valley:
