Job Title: Coordinator, Release Operations

A little bit about our team:

Our team works in support of the Rhino/Global Catalogue label at WMG. Working in close collaboration with label personnel, we manage the day-to-day production and operational needs that culminate in the successful delivery of content and releases to market.

Your role:

In this role you will primarily work on the Third Party Manufacturing and Custom Products line of releases. This is a fast-paced, concentrated production process where the team works very closely together to bring many projects to life. Working with this team, you will get to learn about the complete production/manufacturing process.

Here you’ll get to:

You will be responsible for facilitating and overseeing the production process for TPM Custom Products.

You will interact with various departments within the company, ensuring that projects are properly set up

You will track TPM Customer credit lines

You will interact with our manufacturing partners, ensuring they have all the necessary materials to produce, including BOMs and capacity secured.

You will be responsible for getting Inventory Management/Manufacturing set up for new projects through the Spec Sheet process.

You will track new release deliverables from partners/team members.

You will submit and track manufacturing orders, ensuring timely delivery – BOMs and customer POS.

You will work closely with Inventory Management to be sure they are submitting POs to vendor correctly.

You will work closely with Inventory Management to be sure they are closing POs is a timely fashion and this kicking of invoicing to the customer.

You will liaise with the vendors for quote requests.

You will work closely with the customer to track component deliveries

You will help troubleshoot customer issues in the manufacturing, shipping, and invoicing process.

You will work closely with Director, Reissues in the Rhino Commerce Department, tracking the monthly/quarterly/yearly financial goals.

You will assist, on an as-needed basis, with departmental special projects that may come up.

About you:

Highly organized, have extremely strong attention to detail and process oriented

Able anticipate issues and trouble-shoot

Able to problem-solve independently

Able to handle multiple priorities in high-intensity environment

Able to communicate information clearly, concisely and professionally, both verbally or written

A team player

We’d love it if you also had:

College Degree preferred

You have proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

You have proficiency with both Mac and PC platforms a plus.

You have strong attention to detail.

You have previous Entertainment Industry experience.

You have 1-2 years previous experience with industry manufacturing.

Salary Range

$25.00 to $27.6787 Hourly

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
