Full-Time Schedule:
Monday to Friday (early day) with occasional Sundays Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified General Dentist to join our team in a full-scope outpatient setting. You will work alongside General, Pediatric, and Periodontic Specialists, providing high-quality dental care. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive dental care. Collaborate with specialists. Ensure timely and accurate charting. Availability to work some Sundays. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: Bi-weekly salary around $175K for 40 hours (negotiable). Bonus structure based on patient volume and quality metrics. Benefits: Loan repayment assistance. Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage. 1 week sick leave, 2 weeks vacation (4 weeks after 5 years). Holiday pay. HSA for childcare and medical expenses. Pension Plan with up to 4% employer contribution. Malpractice insurance. 1 week CE leave and up to $5K for related expenses.
