Clinic and Clinic CallJob Details:Reason for locum coverage: Recruitment GapPatients per day: 14 outpatients, no hospitalInfo of support staff: 2 APPS IN OFFICE 1FT Physician .5 locums in clinic third week is tele medicine lab on site and infusion suiteCurrent EHR in use: Cerner
Procedures/Skills Required: Hematology outpatient, Oncology outpatient, Hematology inpatient, Oncology inpatient, Participation on a tumor board
**Please note:Must be COVID vaccinated.Provide rates at time of name clearDEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name ClearCar, Fuel, mileage, hotel is a BR50 cap (including taxes)rental must be refueled before being returnedMcLaren does NOT reimburse Med Staff FeesNo lodging booked through 3rd party websites, ie expedia, kayak, etcMcLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodgingMalpractice rates MUST be included in the rateOrientation rate is 1/2 the hourly rateSite uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using Kronos - no timesheets will be approvedExpenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA.
Rates to Submit:Orientation must be 1/2 the hourly rate24 hour call must include 12 hours onsite plus 12 hours on callCall backHoliday rates
