How you will make an impact
Implement selected components of patient interventions (treatment), obtain data related to the interventions provided, and make modifications either to progress the patient as directed by the Physical Therapist or to ensure Patient/Client safety and comfortProvide quality physical therapy services including implementation of the treatment plan established by the Patient's Physical TherapistProduce accurate, relevant, and timely documentation based on the Physical Therapist's prescribed course of treatmentCommunicate the Patient's treatment progression, changes of treatment, and recommended medical follow up when necessary to team members, as appropriate.Educate and counsel Patients regarding issues related to treatment and goal(s), safety risks, and/or other issues within scope of practiceParticipate in team reassessments and discharge planningAdditional responsibilities as assigned by your leadership.Therapeutic Associates Inc.
