Our client, a surgical tissue simulation lab, is seeking a Tissue Technician to join their team. As a Tissue Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting fellow team members, shift managers, and the engineers to meet performance goals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, will be team oriented, and have a high level of comprehension which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Tissue Technician
Location: Chapel Hill, NC
Pay Range: $18/hour
What’s the Job?
Assemble tissue products following standard instructions
Set up and operate production equipment and supplies
Inspect your work and perform simple repairs as needed
Learn multiple assembly tasks while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity
Request materials, report quality issues, and record measurements as necessary
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Experience with complex assembly tasks
Good finger dexterity for cutting, sewing, and reinforcing surgical molds made from pig products
Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills
Ability to follow all safety and production policies, including maintaining an excellent attendance record

Weekly pay with direct deposit
Monday-Friday schedule 2nd shift hours 4pm-12:30am, must be available to train on a 1st Shift schedule for the first month
