In Millersville, PA family in need of a regular babysitter.

I need a little help!I'm trying out having a babysitter while I'm home to test and see if you and my kiddos are a good match.Also, I have some projects at work coming up that will take up a lot of my time, I will need someone to be with my kids when I cannot be there. I'm looking for someone who is warm and nice, but also firm with rules. Food is provided, what you find you may help yourself to. I try to prep food for the kids, you would be welcome to have some. I have alcohol in the house, no drinking while on the job.For the first few weeks, I will be present and assessing if you and the kiddos would be a good fit together (also, I just need help sometimes. Having someone else there is beyond helpful!)

The kids father and I have a 50 50 custody agreement. It is a weekly agreement, I pick up the kids on a Monday, have them for the entire week then their father picks them up the following Monday for the week.Initially I would only need a helper in the evenings on my weeks. So it would be an every other week situation for your employment. When my hours at work increase, I will potentially need to use you more. It will still be an every other week situation, only a bit longer hours. Possibly having to pick kids up from the daycare babysitter and bringing them back to my house until I am able to get home.
