Position: SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST ASSISTANTStudent Intervention Services
Hours: Monday-Friday / 7hrs per day195 days per school year
Salary: Range 33 (Step C-$24.27 to Step G-$30.27)Benefits include various health, dental and vision insurance packagesCalPERS Retirement Vacation, Sick Leave and 11 paid holidays
Desirable Qualifications:Complete job description available at the District Office-Associate's degree in the Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology disorders, communication disorders, or related field-Completion of AHSA education modules-A minimum of one year experience in special education under the supervision of a certified Speech-Language Pathologist.-Compliance with No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB).-Must pass DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance.-TB clearance required prior to working.
