Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.Qualifications for a Physical Therapist:
Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.Epic experience needed.Must have OASIS documentation abilities.Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain licensure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Job Benefits for a Physical Therapist:
