ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist
to join our client's healthcare team in Texas. In this critical role, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures that are essential to patient care, ensuring high-quality and accurate results.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and fluoroscopy, following physician instructions and established protocols.Ensure precise patient positioning and use of equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images while prioritizing patient safety and comfort.Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, troubleshooting and reporting any issues to minimize downtime.Adhere to radiation safety standards and practices, ensuring protection for patients, colleagues, and yourself.Review and evaluate images for clarity, accuracy, and diagnostic value, making adjustments as necessary.Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and healthcare standards.Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely and accurate imaging results.Participate in quality control activities and stay current with advancements in radiologic technology and procedures.Provide compassionate care, communicating effectively with patients to explain procedures and ease any concerns.Required Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.Current ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).Texas state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.Benefits:
