A school district in Golden, CO is looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician RBT to join their team for the 2024 - 2025 school year with the possibility to extend. This can be a travel or a local position. Responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician RBT:• Collect and analyze data on student behavior.• Provide direct support to students, teaching and reinforcing positive behaviors.• Collaborate with school staff to ensure consistency in behavior interventions.• Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress and behavior management strategies.• Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards.• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA and special education.
