Job Description
Qualifications and Experience3-5 years of safety and regulatory compliance experienceB.S. degree in EHS or related discipline experience in the janitorial or service business a familiar with OSHA safety regulations and OSHA recordkeeping requirements (OSHA300, 300a, and 301)10 or 30 Hour OSHA Certification a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent team-building skills and ability to work with all employeesProficient in Microsoft Office softwareHighly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointProficient in WinTeam ERP softwareExcellent information technology (systems and software) knowledge and skillsPrimary Responsibilities
Assist with the safety integration of new business acquisitionsPrepare semi-annual safety trending analysis reports using visual aids such as charts, graphs, etc.Conduct semi-annual MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) Background checks for company driversManage and periodically monitor GPS and vehicle telematics software.Develop comparative performance reports for GPS and vehicle telematics monthly for drivers and company groups as a wholeManage and improve company behavior-based safety program (Safety ObservationsProgram).Develop analytics that can be used to measure performance and trending analysis.Manage and monitor site security systems at company officesGeneral Responsibilities
