Night Shift
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team during the night shift. In this role, you will provide essential respiratory care and collaborate with a dynamic group of healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Position ResponsibilitiesAssess and treat patients with respiratory disorders, including COPD, asthma, pneumonia, and acute respiratory distress syndromeAdminister oxygen and various respiratory therapies, such as bronchodilators, nebulizers, and chest physiotherapy.Perform pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analyses.Provide mechanical ventilation and monitor patients on ventilatorsEducate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and disease managementWork collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plansPosition Requirements
Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited schoolRegistered Respiratory Therapist
(RRT)
credential from the National Board for Respiratory CareCurrent Tennessee license as a Respiratory Care PractitionerBLS and ACLS Certification
