Job Responsibilities:Manage a team of Mobile Technicians and Service CoordinatorsRecruit and help train Mobile Technician's nationallyDevelop policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient daily operationsOversee and manage the department's fleet servicesProvide Mobile Technician's schedules & update Outlook calendars accordinglySource materials needed for jobs (can be via telephone or online) & keep track of delivery dateBe a liaison to our service department as workorder requests come throughCommunicate daily with our mobile technicians to ensure a seamless process for allUpdate service department on job(s) when necessary (our techs in the field will often utilize in-office staff to relay messages)Oversee and manage the department's invoice process and expense managementBe a liaison between the department and Accounting to ensure proper reportingJob Qualifications:
Associate's degree in business administration, management, engineering or a related field (preferred)3+ years of experiencePreferred candidate based in Long Island, NY but willing to offer remote space with occasional travel to HQ'sStrong organizational, analytical, and quantitative skillsValid driver's licenseDetail oriented and create thinkingIntermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and OutlookBenefits:
