Job Purpose
Focus on Problem Management, delivering continuous availability for GE applications and related infrastructure.The scope of our work is Core Tech managed P1, P2 and P3 priority incidents escalated to the Digital Operations Center (DOC) and the analysis for root cause so the right corrective actions are implemented to prevent or minimize recurrence or limit the incident impact.Work to meet internal Problem Tasks to agreed SLA's.This role will also focus on trend data analysis and business focused project remediation work to ensure long term fixes are applied to infrastructure or applications.Provide strong leadership to the Problem and Incident management teams and hold the team accountable for delivering solutions to customer.Implement industry best practices while focusing on productivity and optimization of business and CT managed infrastructure.Engage, leverage, and drive a simplified problem management process.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content.Work in high stress situations and provide support to 24x7 teams.
