Job Position Description:
This position is responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customer's by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be Assigned:• Stay updated on processes, supplies and equipment• Training new employees• Routine quality checks to ensure ours & client standards are being met• Providing coaching & retraining for any employee who needs further guidance• Ensure employee success during a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan)• Getting supplies to accounts for employees• Regular positive communication with customers and employees• Covering shifts for employees who are absent• The ability to do project work individually when necessary• Taking the lead in project work when necessary• Communicating with employees to staff project work• Creating order lists for upper management• Keeping track of & updating inventory• Helping create new documentation as requested• Creating task sheets for new accounts• Updating existing documentation as needed• Helping maintain organization in the office and supply areas• Updating time keeping system for employees & building schedules• Bi-weekly time keeping system audits for payroll• Daily check-ins via phone call with your direct supervisor• Quarterly self performance review (KPI)• Routine closet audits for our janitorial accounts• Working with management monthly to ensure employee production hours are within standards
Physical Demands and Qualifications:
Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reachingMust be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.Must have an eye for detailSpeaking Spanish is a plus but not required1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not requiredWill provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time

Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
