JOB SCOPE:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory4 Cardiac Cath Labs (one used for EP) suites, offering the following services to adults 18 years or older:Cardiac catheterization proceduresDevice implants (permanent pacemaker implants, ICD implants, loop recorders)Electrophysiology studies/ablation proceduresPeripheral stentingTEE/Cardioversions13 bay pre/post patient care areaIndividualized, comprehensive orientation lasting 16 weeks to 6-months, depending on prior experience.EKG class, ACLS, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), Impella training provided.Each staff member participates in the on-call rotation. (5 call teams)Hybrid OR where they do structural and vascular casesNumber of physicians -3 Interventional Cardiologists, 2 Electrophysiologists, 6-7 Non-Invasive Cardiologists and growing

Number of procedures/volumes -4,200 procedures annually (Cath & EP)

16 team members (4 Cath Techs & 12 RN's)

- 33 (CV Techs, CV RNs, Echo Sonographers)
REQUIRED:
RN License (Compact or ability to apply for state licensure)
BLS, ACLS, Stroke Certification
RN leadership experience
Collaborative team builder
