North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population throughout northern Arizona. We believe in practicing integrative care in an inclusive culture. We treat some of the most vulnerable rural populations in the United States while supporting North Country\'s mission. Bullhead City\'s population is 43,000and is located on the east side of the Colorado River directly across from Laughlin, NV. Residents enjoy small town living with the benefit of Las Vegas, NV less than a 90-minute drive. Outdoor enthusiasts enjoy, hiking, biking, boating and other outdoor activities in the surrounding mountains and desert.

Attractive total compensation package ranging from \$205,000 to \$225,000 dependent on program incentives during first year of practice at NCHCWork life balance through flexible and alternative work schedules with generous paid time off package and minimal weekend and holidays required.Opportunities for the possibility of hybrid-based or telehealth appointmentsJ1 Sponsorship availableCommunity health center benefits
