Job Description
A waste management client of Insight Global is looking for a Director of Operations to oversee their Upstate NY locations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing three locations - Chester, Chestnut Ridge and Sloatsburg as well as 10+ direct reports. You will be responsible for the growth and development of your direct reports, disciplinary action and ensure that facility goals are being met. You will be responsible for heavy data analysis from the facilities to help implement new processes and procedures to increase productivity and efficiencies. Safety is a top priority, and it is on you to embrace a safety-first mentality to ensure the safety of both employees and citizens the organization interacts with on a daily basis. Additionally, you will help with the budget, P&L and other finance related tasks alongside the VP.
This a permanent role with a salary range of $150,000-$160,000 plus eligibility for a yearly bonus and company benefits.

Skills and Requirements
-10+ years in an operational leadership role
-Experience working in the Transporation industry so you understand DOT laws and compliance
-Strong data analysis experience -Waste Management industry experience null
