Responsibilities required of our Entry Level Manager Trainee:
Learn, utilize, and teach other entry-level employees direct sales techniquesPresent features and benefits of specific products to customers to fit their needsFundamental understanding of all products/services offered by our renowned clienteleRepresent our clients in a professional and courteous mannerProvide customers with the utmost level of customer service and satisfactionEstablish, develop, and maintain a positive and productive relationship with each one of our customer accountsReport daily and weekly sales metrics of our entry-level team to upper managementIdentify holes of weakness and devise a coaching plan to improve each team memberAttend daily meetings, conference calls, and client information training sessionsTraits we are looking for in our Entry Level Manager Trainee:
2 or 4-year college degree is highly recommended1 year of experience in an environment working with other people in any industry is requiredLead, recognize, and train successful entry-level team membersExcellent and effective communication skills with team members and customersGoal-oriented individual and the ability to follow throughAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentVersatility and comfortability with multitasking and taking on multiple tasksSelf-starter whose initiative in situations to benefit all parties involvedProblem-solving and fast decision-making skillsPerks of working with Advanced Innovations as an Entry Level Manager Trainee:
