We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Finance Attorney to join our client's esteemed mid-size law firm. As a Commercial Real Estate Finance Attorney you will play a vital role in representing clients in complex real estate finance transactions. Key responsibilities include:RESPONSIBLITIES:Structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial real estate finance transactions, including loans, inter-creditor agreements, CMBS, mortgages, and other financing arrangements.Conducting due diligence reviews and risk assessments for real estate finance transactions.Advising clients on legal matters related to real estate financing, including regulatory compliance and financing structures.Drafting and reviewing loan documents, security agreements, and related contracts.Collaborating with lenders, borrowers, and other parties involved in real estate finance transactions.REQUIREMENTS:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to the state bar and licensed to practice law in New York.5+ years experience practicing as an attorney with a focus on Commercial Real Estate Finance Attorney and MBS or related financial securities.Deep understanding of Mortgage-Backed Securities, including structuring, trading, and legal documentation..Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and legal principles.WHY JOIN?Comprehensive Healthcare CoverageGenerous PTO PlanEsteemed Law FirmAnd much more...
