Nationwide Law Firm is looking for an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 -5 years of experience in Civil Litigation. This Legal Assistant will be working with a Practice Group working in Employment Law and Commercial Litigation law. You need to be detail oriented, organized, computer savvy, and understand the discovery process in Nevada.

Duties will include:

· E-filing in both State and Federal Courts

· Calendaring and monitoring Discovery deadlines

· Preparing discovery shells for the Attorneys

· Managing incoming calls, mail and emails

· Working with the clients, courts, opposing counsel and your attorneys

You will be working with a group so teamwork is very important. Large law firm experience is helpful in this position, however, we will consider otherwise.
