As a Valet Parking Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing and motivating a team of Valet Attendants to provide top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Oversee and manage the valet parking operation and staff.Guest Relations:

Handle guest concerns, questions, and claims promptly and professionally.Team Management:

Ensure associates follow proper procedures and maintain a positive work environment.Communication:

Effectively communicate with team members, guests, and managers.Financial Management:

Handle tip distribution and reporting.Operational Excellence:

Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues proactively, and ensure efficient parking operations.Safety:

Maintain a safe environment for associates and guests.Job Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods, run to vehicles, and lift luggage.Qualifications

Qualifications for a Valet Parking Supervisor:

At least 18 years old.Customer service experience.Basic math skills.Valid driver's license.Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks.Ability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds.Leadership skills and ability to lead a team.Ability to drive a standard (stick-shift) vehicle.Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes.Work Schedule:
