Overview
Mercy Medical Group (MMG), a multi-specialty group with more than 500 healthcare providers in the Sacramento region, is looking to add a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to its busy ENT division. Our clinicians provide services to patients at Dignity Health Medical Foundation’s Mercy Medical Group locations throughout Sacramento.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care to established patients, minor procedures, patient education, follow-up, and responding to patient questions on a variety of medical issues. This opportunity is full-time with no call requirement.

Responsibilities
Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:
Conduct comprehensive health assessments.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
Treatment Planning and Management:
Develop and implement patient care plans.
Prescribe medications and therapies.
Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.
Collaboration and Consultation:
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.
Coordinate patient care across various settings.
Qualifications
Training from an accredited NP or PA program
Possession of CA licensure
Excellent communication skills
1 or more years of post-training experience desirable
Pay Range
$64.42- $85.05 /hour
