Position Detail:A facility in Oneonta, NY is looking for an ED RN. 2 years of experience required. BLS and ACLS required. Caregiver cannot be a resident of Otsego county. Caregivers have the possibility of being floated to other facilities within the Bassett Healthcare Network. Caregivers are expected to make up any missed shifts within same pay period or following pay period, with the exception of mandated medical quarantine or at managers discretion. Unit Details:- 15 beds - EPIC charting - 1:4 patient ratio (varies on census) - Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required - Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) preferred. -Travelers cannot be resident of Otsego county. -Some floating between Bassett Healthcare Network facilities possible. - RN must be comfortable with administering respiratory medications (i.e. nebulizer treatments and CPAP). -Needs to be comfortable with vents, no RTCOVID vaccine not required, if candidate is vaccinated documentation is required, if they are not vaccinated declination is required.
