Controller , you'll be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and driving financial performance within a construction-focused environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced industries and is ready to contribute to the financial health and growth of a dynamic company.Key Duties:Oversee all accounting and financial functions, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including project-specific financials, WIP reports, and job cost analysis.Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasting for ongoing construction projects.Collaborate with project managers and executive leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and construction-specific accounting standards.Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all financial processes.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).7+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction accounting, including job costing, percentage-of-completion, and WIP reports.Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
