Residential Project
Controller Requirements:5+ years experience as a controller, or 5+ years experience as an assistant controller or accounting managerProficient in all aspects of construction accounting such as journal entries, general ledger, AP/ARHR experience is a huge plusMust have experience with QuickbooksProperty and Liability Insurance experience preferredLocal/hybrid position - ability to manage people virtuallyResidential Project
Controller Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliancePrepare financial statements and reports for managementMonitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and accounts receivableManage payroll, employee benefits, and HR functionsOversee insurance policies and manage claimsCoordinate with external auditors and tax accountantsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records for all financial transactionsProvide financial analysis and recommendations to management
