If this is your profile, we want to hear from you.Job SummaryThe Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (ADTLL) will be responsible for Key Opinion Leader insight generation to inform and evolve brand strategy for the endometrial and thyroid cancer indications in the East region. He/she will collaborate with field colleagues to synthesize and share insights, as appropriate as well as identify regional marketing opportunities. The ADTLL will partner with external peer-to-peer vendors to support educational initiatives. The individual will collaborate with Thought Leader Liaison peers and reports to the Executive Director, Oncology Portfolio Marketing, Pipeline Planning & Thought Leader Marketing.Essential FunctionsLead KOL engagement, insight generation, distill trends and summarize to inform brand strategyAttain cutting edge expertise with relevant data readouts, podium and medical congress outputsPartner with external peer-to-peer vendors to support educational initiativesLead speaker identification, product and compliance training and management of branded and unbranded programsEnable local/account level partnership with national, regional and emerging thought leadersSupport advisory boards with KOL identification, engagement and logistics consistent with compliance policiesCollaborate with field colleagues to synthesize and share evolving KOL insights, as appropriate as well as identify regional marketing opportunities.Continue to cultivate a culture aligned to the breaking through behaviors, a growth mindset and continuous feedbackPartner with Merck colleagues to help distill and present combination product insights to alliance stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor's degreeMinimum 10 years relevant experience with 5 years in oncology2 years account management experience and/or people leadership skillsDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skillsEisai Oncology sales and marketing team members are eligible to be considered for the Associate Director TLL role after 2 years in current role with a minimum of meets expectations or higher performanceDemonstrated commitment to hhc and complianceAs a condition of employment and an essential function of this field-based position, applicants must be able to engage in person with HCPs and other third parties at their offices, institutions and other appropriate locations on a regular basis. Eisai Salary Transparency Language:The base salary range for the Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison, Oncology (East Region) - Field Based is from :177,000-232,300 Under current guidelines, this position is eligible to participate in : Eisai Inc. Annual Incentive Plan & Eisai Inc. Long Term Incentive Plan.
