North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population throughout northern Arizona. We believe in practicing integrative care in an inclusive culture. We treat some of the most vulnerable rural populations in the United States while supporting North Country\'s mission. Williams is a town of 3000 people located in a high pine forest less than an hour\'s drive from Grand Canyon National Park, Flagstaff, and Sedona. Locals enjoy visiting 8 national parks within a two-hour drive. Many residents enjoy a rural, outdoor-based lifestyle including hiking, mountain biking, snow and water sports. Williams offers a close-knit community, retaining its individual small-town character and a 35-min drive from Flagstaff.

Attractive total compensation package ranging from \$205,000.00 to \$225,000.00 dependent on program incentives during first year of practice.Work life balance through flexible and alternative work schedules with generous paid time off package and minimal weekend and holidays required.Opportunities for the possibility of hybrid-based or telehealth appointmentsCommunity health center benefits
With a HPSA score of 19 you may qualify for three loan repayment programsFederal Tort and Tail End CoveragePaid license DEA board certificationsCME funds and time-off packages
