ition SummaryThe Manager Financial Systems is responsible for maintaining and enhancing JetBlue's financial systems (SAP S/4 HANA, Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), etc.), inclusive of system administration, enhancements and implementations. This role partners across all Finance divisions, as well as our IT Corporate Products and IT Data Engineering teams.Essential ResponsibilitiesServe as the functional subject matter expert (SME) for JetBlue's financial systemsPartner with IT and Finance teams to develop and maintain the Financial Systems RoadmapLead process mapping exercises and pain-point identification for key finance processesLead scoping, requirements and user acceptance testing (UAT) for major system enhancements and implementationsLead project management for major system enhancements and implementationsLead Finance system administration for financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and Accounting systems, including but not limited to forecasting packages, data loads and flash reportingManage systems access in compliance with audit requirementsLead the development of system documentation and training materials for end-usersOperate cross-functionally to minimize change management impact across the organizationOversee training of crewmembers on continuous improvement principlesTake a significant role in the development of crewmembers to support their engagement, growth, goal achievement by establishing clear performance expectations and accountability for crewmembersOther duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experienceFive (5) years of Finance experience across key finance areasThree (3) years of experience in a leadership/management roleExtensive finance system knowledge (SAP S/4 HANA, BPC, etc.)Experience managing large-scale technical projects, inclusive of business requirements and UATExperience driving process improvementExperience working with databases or data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake)Experience working with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)Available for overnight travel (up to 10%)Able to work flexible hours and be available for an emergency response on short noticeMust pass a pre-employment drug testMust be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is locatedAuthorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Compensation:The base pay range for this position is between $81,000.00 and $136,200.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include performance bonuses, restricted stock units, as well as access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
