Position Description:

Director of Quality in the aerospace industry provides guidance and advice on methods, procedures, standardization, and requirements associated with AS9100 across various Enjet locations.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develop internal measures to ensure compliance with QMS Provides support to functional leadership by gathering and analyzing Quality Information Works with process experts and production personnel to fully understand and provide guidance on appropriate and complete corrective actions to assure repeat deviations do not occur Conducts root cause analyses and ensures root cause, corrective action, preventative action, and product impact are thoroughly addressed in investigations Conducts external audits with Third Party Agencies Update, maintain, and publish Audit Calendar Makes recommendations for corrective action necessary to ensure conformity with quality specifications Responsible to oversee the gage and calibration system and third-party calibration services Qualifications:

Strong leadership, collaboration and relationship building skills Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and interface effectively throughout all levels of the company Vast knowledge of AS9100 Required travel up to 30%
