Primary ResponsibilitiesProvides appropriate medical nutrition therapy goals for patients throughout the organization. Educates patients regarding their diet/nutrition plan for discharge when needed. Serves as a nutrition resource to physicians, nursing staff, and other health care team members. Licensure state ofPennsylvania within 6 months of hire.
