REPORTS TO: Premium Seating & Experiences Manager

FLSA STATUS: Part-time Hourly, Non-Exempt

Summary

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Premium Seating & Experiences Supervisor with ASM Global/Boeing Center at Tech Port. The PSE Supervisor will provide premium professional client food and beverage services and support in the planning, organization, and management of events within the facility, while interacting with clients, VIP Host staff and related personnel to assure all event needs are fulfilled.

As the Premium Seating & Experiences Supervisor, you are a leader in the venue, committed to providing the highest level of the guests’ experience. You are not only tasked with ensuring a premium guest experience, but you are active in driving sales and creating new revenue building team programs.

Responsibilities:

Supervise VIP Host Staff to help manage the expectations of the Frost Club Guests and Members.

Training VIP Hosts; planning, assigning, and directing work and schedule approvals.

Work with Premium Seating & Experience Manager and GM on disciplinary and performance issues

Manage inventory and create the VIP Host team’s nightly, weekly, monthly sales goals

Build relationships and data with the Frost Club Members and Club Guests

Ensure compliance with All Workplace Standards

Maintain constant communication with staff and guests to ensure that they receive highly personalized service

Floor Management, proper setup for various client requests and special occasions such as birthdays, holidays, anniversaries etc.

Ability to take charge, think outside the box and come up with creative solutions

Articulate vocabulary with the ability to adapt and socialize with a diverse audience

Enhance Revenue

Participate in developing long and short-term plans for revenue growth

Assist PSE Manager in Generating/Enhancing Revenue and Premium Memberships

Upsell/Upgrade available premium seating inventory to night off concert attendees

Style, Atmosphere and Maintenance within the Venue

Create and maintain a high energy environment that fits within ASM Global’ standards

Maintains a stylish and professional personal appearance

Ensure atmosphere of the Frost Club adheres to standards including but not limited to; lighting, sound level, furniture placement and décor

Maintain cleanliness standards at its highest

Minimum Qualifications

WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF: Venue operations; up-scale service procedures; computers (Windows environment: spreadsheets, word processing, databases; training programs; nightlife operations and trends)

ENTRY LEVEL KNOWLEDGE OF: Legal and HR issues with regard to the hospitality industry (federal, state and local law regarding liquor, labor and health code regulations); POS systems, band booking procedures; retail operations; box office operations; promotions

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Exhibits positive attitude, maintains objective view, listens empathetically, organized and focused, thinks creatively, maintains composure, shows respect, communicates assertively, maintains personal integrity ABILITY TO: Handle various projects at one time, coordinate activities, lead, make good decisions, delegate, follow up, communicate with staff and guests in a positive manner

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, PROFESSIONAL, ETC.) High School diploma required, College preferred or equivalent; 2-3 year’s experience in an up-scale service environment. Experience in a live music club or nightlife industry with high level customer service is a plus

AVAILABILITY : Must maintain availability to work and supervise All Ticketed Events

WORKING CONDITIONS

May be required to work additional hours as dictated by the workload and staffing

Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Requires moderate physical efforts. Standing, carrying, bending, stretching, stooping, pulling and pushing, lifting of weights up to 50 pounds.
