Otolaryngologist Physician - Illinois Hospital-Employed Practice

A hospital-employed practice in Illinois is seeking an experienced Otolaryngologist Physician to take over a busy practice from a retiring physician. Majority of the practice is general ENT cases with about 10% allergy cases, seeking a board certified or board eligible General ENT physician trained in allergy. The hospital has a call schedule of 1:3 and the chosen candidate will work alongside two other ENTs.This hospital-employed opportunity offers a 2-year salary guarantee with an uncapped RVU, $30k retention bonus, medical benefits, life insurance/disability, vacation/holidays, loan repayment, relocation assistance, a $40K sign-on bonus, CME, a retirement plan, and malpractice insurance.Located in a small Illinois town with bigger city amenities, the candidate may enjoy the nearby relaxing parks and lakes for recreation, shops, dining, great family and cultural activities, and great schools.
