Requirements / Qualifications

Masters Degree-Communicative Disorders,Valid License issued by the Speech-Lang. Pathology/Audiology Board,or -Clinical Rehabilitative Services Credential-Speech, Language, Hearing or Speech Pathologist Services Credential

Letters of recommendation and references must be provided by current evaluating administrators.
